Wat Hua Dong Tai is an old temple built in the middle Ayutthaya period around the year B.E. 2125 (468 years ago) and has an ancient site that is the old chapel. There is also one of the most important artifacts of Wat Hua Dong Tai, which is "Luang Phor To," a stucco Buddha image. The core of the Buddha image is laterite with a lap width of 3 meters. The beautiful face is the Sukhothai Arts enshrined in the sanctuary, which assumed that it creates along with the Buddha image and worshiped by the people of Kao Liao.
