    Wat Pa Maha Chedi Kaew Or as the locals call it, Wat Lan Khuad, located at Ban Don, Non Sung Subdistrict, Khun Han District, Sisaket Province. It is called "Wat Lan Bottle" because of various places within the temple, such as the entrance arch, parking lot, chapel, pavilion, bell tower, hut, or even the bathroom. They are decorated with over 1.5 million colorful glass bottles of various colors. This idea did not originate with any designer or artist. But it came from a monk named "Phrakhru Wiwek Thammachan" or "Luang Pu Lod" who once went to rest in the Nong Yai cemetery. (The current location of Wat Lan Khuad). During that time, there were always kith and kin and villagers stopping by to practice Dhamma. This gave Luang Pu the idea to build a temple on this cemetery area. But because there are a lot of bottle waste nearby. You saw that those bottles had different colors. Can be used to decorate buildings beautifully. It also helps save money on paint costs. The stupa is believed to be a symbol of fertility.

    This archeological site is one of 102 nursing homes (hospitals) that were built over the kingdom under the order of King Chaiworaman VII of the ancient Khmer empire in the 18th Buddhist century (1724 - 1761). It was made of laterite and sandstone with the unrestored principle pagoda, the destroyed arch or glass walls full consisting of the lintels and other structures which have not been restored and modified. Currently, the water in Anodat Pond is used as sacred water in the important sacred ceremony of Sisaket.

It is the 5th park, which is located at Nhong Harn pond, Tad Cheng Chum subdistrict, Muang district, Sakon Nakhon province. There are 192 square kilometers, which are 112 square kilometers of land and 80 square kilometers of water. Princess Srinakarin was the president in the park’s opening ceremony on 9th November 1987. The institute which takes care of this park is Sakon Nakhon municipality. The tree of the park is Non si or Yellow Flame Tree. Princess Srinakarin park Sakon Nakhon is the park close to the big pond called Nhong Harn. The pond is a natural pond in the northeastern region which covers many districts. It is also the house and habitat for many aquatic animals and water birds. One part of the park is protruding into the pond which is the front part of the park. It makes the surrounding nice and graceful. In the middle of the pond is “Sra Pang Thong”. ...
