The HTMS Prasae is majestically situated at Paknam Prasae. It is the second HTMS Prasae, imported to replace the first HTMS, which have stranded since the Korean War. Throughout the service, this 2nd HTMS was used for many missions.

"Pak Nam Prasae" is an old community that was formed in the Ayutthaya period. The community members conserve the traditional way of life. Activities here are boating to see the fireflies, Brahminy kite, Lyle's flying fox. Homestay is also available to service tourists.

"Tung Prong Thong" is a mangrove tree that grows naturally in flooded areas. It is an important highlight of those who come to visit here because tourists can stand and look around in 360 degrees, and see the mangrove trees that grew together so densely. When the top of the mangrove tree refect to sunlight especially in the morning, the scenery will look gorgeous. Because this golden mangrove field will reflect the unique yellow-green color throughout like a gold color. That is why it makes the whole field glow golden and named this place "Golden Mangrove Field"
