Pha Phueng cave is a large cave, originally the villagers used it as a shelter. The origin of the name of the cave comes from the fact that a bee swarm used to build their hive on the trees and cliffs at the cave entrace, therefore, it is called Tham Pha Phueng. Throughout the entrance of the cave is a complete forest, the cave entrance has 40 meters wide and 20 meters high, you have to walk down 25 meters to reach the cave floor. Inside the cave is a large hall which has stalagmites and stalactites and a small waterfall. Visitors are advised to contact local officials or locals before visiting and exercise caution when visiting.
