Napokae is located in Khuan Khanun District, on the same road heading to Nok Thale Noi National Park. The word Napokae is a local dialect; Na means a rice field, while the word “Pokae” is a southern accent referring to father of mother or grandfather. Understandably, it means "Grandfather's field". Within the area, there are demonstration rice plots filled with various local varieties of rice such as Sangyod rice, ancient kruam rice, etc., as well as a learning center for Thai farmers where tourists will be able to work; from harvesting rice, plowing fields, raising buffaloes, digging fish ponds. There are real buffaloes to experience loveliness and feed the grass as well. There are also cafes, restaurants, agricultural and local products. Each shop is connected by a wooden bridge that stretches through the green rice fields, letting us enjoy the scenery, walk around, take photos, breathe in the good air, and blow the cool breeze. It is surrounded by the pavilions and wooden huts for tourists who want to sleep in their lungs, enjoy the natural atmosphere. There is 'Khanam Plai Na' homestay for service.
