Wat Pa Khao Lom is located at Ban Huai Na, Klong Ka Kera Subdistrict, Tha Takiab District, Chachoengsao Province. There is a Buddha statue made from Takian wood because while building the Si Yat Dam, workers found many Takian trees underground, more than 5 meters deep. Some of the trees have turned into stone, the villagers brought those trees to offer to "Phra Khru Lad Chan Dhammachathaya", the abbot of Wat Pa Khao Lom. Then the abbot asks sculptors to carve a Buddha statue in various postures by used Takian wood as a material for Buddhists to worship.
