#Thailand#Uttaradit#Laplae#Attraction Inside this Wat Phra Yuen Phutthabat Yukon, there is an interesting Mondop (Pavilion) which is a Chiang Saen art. It was built to cover a pair of Buddha's footprints enshrined on a lotus base approximately 1.5 meters high. There is also a bronze Buddha statue in the subduing Mara posture, size 55 inches wide, 66 inches high, which is an artistic Buddha statue. It was Sukhothai art and known as "Luang Por Phuttharangsi". It was originally enshrined in the Mondop, fully covered with plaster. Later, the cement was removed and enshrined in the newly built chapel.
